While I do have clients that workout at home, a gym is preferred as we have more options and weights available to progress in your workout programming.
You'd be surprised! I consider all aspects of your daily life when crafting your plan. Your daily goals such as steps can be incorporated into even the busiest of schedules and if it suits your goals, your workouts could only require 3 hours a week!
Absolutely! I offer a monthly workout program subscription which includes ongoing support from me, and full access to my app to track progress and log your personalized workouts that I continue updating until you decide to cancel. I also offer single-purchase gym based programs that are either 8 or 12 weeks long.
